Luke Shaw is one of four Saints players handed a chance to make it to the World Cup in Brazil after being named in Roy Hodgson's latest England squad.
The 18-year-old left back joins Saints teammates Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana and Jay Rodriguez in the 30 man squad for the friendly against Denmark at Wembley next Wednesday night.
Shaw's fellow left-backs Ashley Cole and Leighton Baines have also been included.
The game is last England international before the squad of 23 players plus seven standbys for the World Cup is selected following the end of the Premier League season.
In a boost to Lambert's chances, West Ham striker Andy Carroll has been overlooked.
James Ward-Prowse has been selected for the England under-21 side to take on Wales.
Sam Gallagher, Matt Targett, Harrison Reed and Calum Chambers are all in the under-19s squad to face Turkey next week.
