THERE'S more than one way to warm up for a World Cup.
Saints captain Adam Lallana and some fellow England stars took some time out of their hectic training schedule in Brazil by dancing with the locals.
The team visited Rio's biggest favela, Rochina, and joined in with a demonstration of Capoeira skills - a mix of martial arts and dancing.
They also cast their eyes over the locals' football skills while watching a mini-tournament.
Lallana was accompanied by Daniel Sturridge, Danny Welbeck, Fraser Forster and Jack Wilshere.
England face Italy in their first group game on Saturday night in Manaus.
