Artur Boruc is fit to face West Brom on Saturday.
The Saints keeper has been missing since fracturing his hand in the defeat against Chelsea at the start of December but has recovered sufficiently to rejoin the squad.
Victor Wanyama remains some way off of recovering from a hairline fracture in his leg.
“Artur is fit and he may play or he may not play,” said Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino.
“Victor is still far off. He is still not fit.
“Guly has been training very well and is coming to the end of his recovery process.
“Gaston and Lambert had knocks against Burnley and they are recovering well as well.
“It is very important we are slowly but surely getting back the players that have been missing over the last month.”
