Loddon Vale men enjoy Denny Plate victory
LODDON Vale men enjoyed a comfortable 89-63 victory over East Dorset in the Denny Plate.
The skips were Dougie Morgan 21-14, Steve Shaw 32-15, Trevor Morgan 18-15 and Gary Lovett 18-19. The next round sees Loddon Vale playing Riverside from Winchester.
The Ladies played the Yetton Trophy and were very unlucky losing the game against Banister Park on the last end 80-76.
Winning skips were Yvonne Banister 29-16, Alice Lovett 21-15. The other skips were Tina Rogers and Sheila Stone.
