POPULAR comedian Suzi Ruffell will be performing in Basingstoke in November and residents are in for a great show. 

Her new tour show Snappy comes to The Haymarket on Thursday, November 2 and is all about settling down, becoming a mother and still worrying about everything.

Suzi's last tour, Dance Like Everyone is Watching, received great praise and was recorded as an Amazon special.

The 2018 release of Suzi’s stand-up show Keeping It Classy for Live from the BBC saw a clip gaining over 44 million views on Facebook.

Suzi began her stand-up comedy career in November 2008 and she has been performing stand-up full-time since 2012.

Before she began touring on her own she had supported Alan Carr, Kevin Bridges, Josh Widdicombe, Joe Lycett, Romesh Ranganathan, and Katherine Ryan on national tours.

She is also a regular on BBC Radio 4 shows including The News Quiz and The Now Show, Suzi also co-hosts the hit podcast Like-Minded Friends with Tom Allen. 2020 saw Suzi hosting a brand-new radio show on BBC Radio 2 called Explicable Me, as well as launching her own hit podcast series Out with Suzi Ruffell.

Suzi has also appeared on numerous shows, including Live At The Apollo, The Jonathan Ross Show, QI, The Last Leg, and Womanhood, to name but a few.

As well as all this she has been nominated for several prestigious awards including the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2011 where she made it to the finals.

She was awarded second place in the Latitude Festival New Act Competition 2011 and in 2019, she won that website's award for Best Club Comic.

The show is suitable for strictly those 14 and over. Children younger than this will not be admitted, even if accompanied by an adult.
