A LARGE quantity of cosmetic and toiletry items suspected to be stolen from a Boots store have been found in Hook.
Officers from Hampshire Constabulary were called to the incident on Tuesday, February 14 following a report that two men and a woman were acting in a suspicious manner at the Boots store on Station Road at 2.14pm.
A spokesperson said: "Officers attended and located a 46-year-old man from Enfield and a 36-year-old woman from London inside a vehicle on Raven Road.
"A search of the vehicle was carried out under Section 32 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and a large quantity of cosmetics and toiletries, suspected to be stolen, were recovered.

"A third man, a 35-year-old from Stanmore, was located nearby with various items of cosmetics in his possession, also believed to be stolen."
All three were arrested on suspicion of theft and have been bailed with conditions until May 14.
