Basingstoke Town Ladies suffer rare loss
BASINGSTOKE Town Ladies suffered a rare loss as they were beaten 2-1 by Oxford City in the quarter-final of the League Cup last weekend.
Katie Rendell scored the Town Ladies only goal in the contest.
The Southern Region Premier Division leaders return to league action on Sunday (2pm), when they entertain Bracknell Town at the Winklebury Sports Complex.
They beat their Berkshire rivals 5-0 earlier in the season.
