Former Hampshire batsman Kevin Pietersen has a new tattoo – a world map!
The ex-England man uploaded the tat to his instagram page with the hashtag #globalcitizen before tweeting: work the stars out yourself on my last Instagram post!
The red stars represent Pietersen’s 32 England centuries: South Africa (Bloemfontein, East London and Centurion); England (Oval x 4, Lord's x 5, Edgbaston, Headingley x3, Trent Bridge, Durham and Old Trafford); Pakistan (Faisalabad); Australia (Adelaide x 2); West Indies (Antigua, Bridgetown, Port of Spain); Sri Lanka (Colombo); New Zealand (Napier); India (Cuttack, Mohali, Mumbai) and UAE (Dubai)
Pietersen, who played seven first-class matches for Hampshire from 2004-08, did not score a hundred in seven international appearances at The Ageas Bowl.
