FLEET Motor Club’s Aldermaston Raceway Banger Boys were back in action as they raced in teams of four against each other.
A couple were demolished in the first race and a few were slightly crippled, which meant they missed the second heat due to repairs being made.
Overall, they had a great time smashing and crashing at each other over the four races, with the winning team on the day with 64 points being Darryl Simmonds, Michael Brewer, Mitche Roberts, Ashley Purt – right.
Second place with 33 points were Anthony Dean, Martyn Perkins, Freddie James, Dan Fowler, while third was the two-man team of Adam Brocks and Billy Seymour with 26 points.
In their next meeting it was a small cars and Perkins took the prize money from Adam Brocks and Chris Smith.
The Raceway’s next event is on Sunday and is for domestics up to and including two litres, plus all the normal formulas.
