THE Basingstoke Bison completed a four point weekend with their second victory over the Swindon Wildcats.
On Saturday night it was a straight forward 4-2 win in Swindon, but on Sunday the Herd did it the hard way coming back from 3-1 down to secure the two points.
It was visiting Wildcats who took the lead on the powerplay from Lee Richardson, but Joe Miller equalised.
Swindon then scored twice more before the second break as man-of-the-match Aaron Nell and Jonas Hoog netted.
With six minutes left Bison man-of-the-match Greg Owen scored to pull his side back into the contest and then with Stevie Lyle pulled for the extra skater the home side equalised as Owen netted again.
That sent the game into overtime which saw Miller grab the winner at 63:07.
