JUSTIN Rose missed the cut by one shot at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines.

The north Hampshire golfer was on level par after his first two rounds, which proved not to be enough to see him complete the weekend.

Rose shot a two under round of 70 on the second day of the tournament.

However, it was the first day which cost him as he got to the turn at one over and then dropped shots at holes10, 11 and 12 before finishing his round with two birdies as ended on two over.
