STUART Archibald moved up to 12th in the Mena Tour prize fund standings after finishing in a tie for 11th at the ASCORP Golf Citizen Abu Dhabi Open.
The 30-year-old from Basingstoke was in contention after an opening round of 70 (-2) at Saadiyat Beach Golf Club.
However, he was unable to build on his good start, with two rounds of 71 (-1) seeing him drop out of contention for the title, eventually finishing seven shots behind the winner.
