BASINGSTOKE’S Bradley Sutton finished won a silver Medal at the South East Region Modern Pentathlon Competition at Burstow Park in Sussex and Medway Park Kent.
The competition started well for the Hatch Warren pupil as he produced the fastest run.
He then knocked a fence down in the show jumping, before a steady fencing round.
The 16-year-old from Hatch Warren finished off with the fastest swim and then a personal best in the combined run and shoot.
Jessica Sutton, younger sister of Bradley, finished an excellent fourth in her age group with a great ride with only eight time faults.
The 14-year-old had a good steady fence and swim and a great combined run and shoot chasing down the competition.
Bradley Sutton is next in action at the National Tetrathlon in Solihull at the end of September, followed by his Biathle World Tour competition in Guatemala.
