TRON top Basingstoke and District Saturday League Division Two by one point after coming from behind to claim a 4-2 win away at AFC Berg.

Berg took the lead early on, Merson Webb beating Tron goalkeeper Luke Strickland from Kenton West's pass.

However, the lead didn't last long, with Sam Nicholls lobbing Berg custodian Simon Edwards from a Richard McCoubrie pass after 10 minutes.

Tron went ahead when Richard Kalwarczyk was fouled in the area by Kris Munt, with McCoubrie putting away the spot kick.

Tron were 4-1 up at the break, with Nicholls scoring from Connor Dawber's pass and McCoubrie getting his second from the spot after being brought down by Jack Mead.

Berg striker Kieran Alleyne got the only goal of the second half, converting Astrine West's pass, but it was no more than a consolation strike.

TDI Group, who had a terrible season as Welly Old Boys last time out, managed to stop the rot with a 2-0 win over Basingstoke Athletic Reserves.

Macauley Carvell put the youngsters ahead from Richard Budd's pass with 20 minutes on the clock, but they were reduced to 10 men midway through the second half, Dillon Donnelly seeing red for violent conduct.

However, TDI were not to be denied and Carvell headed home a second from Tom Roworth's cross to make sure of the points.

Bounty United returned to form with a 4-1 win away at Hook Reserves.

Matt Love slotted home after just three minutes and Mitchell Stokes doubled the Bounty five minutes later.

Hook pulled a goal back early in the second half, Jack McKee netting from Charlie Page's pass, and Bounty looked in trouble when Steve Bucksey saw red soon after.

However, Love made it 3-1 with a header and Andy Darmody completed the scoring from the penalty spot after Chris Eversley had been penalised for handball.

Sam Cato bagged a brace as Herriard Sports claimed a 3-1 win over visiting Winklebury Wizards.

Dan Scott put Wizards ahead after two minutes, firing home from Scott Large's pass, but Herriard levelled almost immediately, Cato converting Craig Hine's centre on the half-volley.

Herriard were ahead before the break, defender Dean Scott heading into his own net, and while Wizards pressed in the second half, Herriard put the result beyond doubt with 10 minutes left, Cato converting after good play from Wayne Rowland.
