THE big surprise in the Hampshire B Cup first round ties was the 5-2 defeat for Herriard Sports, who surrendered their 100 per cent record to Coal Exchange.
Herriard were three goals down before Sam Weber solo strike and then after the break Chris Dobbie made it 3-2, before the home side won the game Labour Club are into the next round after a 2-1 win over Brimpton. Mark West scored with a cheeky back heel for the opener before Brimpton. The winner came just after the hour from Matt Kelly.
Overton United B won 3-0 at Wye Valley Reserves as Scotty Winterbourne assisted all three for Armand Ince, Richard Budd and Nuno Franco.
AFC Berg saw off Michelmarsh and Timsbury A 2-0, thanks to Kieran Alleyne and a goal off the hip of Astride West. Winklebury Wizards trip to the Isle of Wight saw them win 5-1 as George Lagden Josh Arthur and Scott Large all scored in the first-half.
After the break, Langden scored again , before Bayside netted and Greg Adams completed the win.
An own goal saw Longdog Soldiers were knocked out 1-0 by Athletico Romsey.
