OAKLEY and Ropley were the latest teams to book their places in the second round of the Finch Group Guy Jewell Cup.
Oakley beat Rotherwick ITW by nine wickets last Thursday, and on Monday evening Ropley saw off Basingstoke Hockey Club by 131 runs.
There are now just three first round games left in the competition and tonight, RNA Sports take on Whitchurch at May's Bounty.
On Monday, it is the turn of Ramsdell and Herriard to battle it out and then a week today, the final first round game will see Hook and Newnham Basics B face Odiham and Greywell.
The draw for the second round of the cup will be made on Monday.
Results: Rotherwick ITW 74-5 (P Buckingham 34) Oakley 75-1 (C Welsman 27, B Compton-Bearne 31no), Ropley 225-2 (T Neemand 94, W Stennett 70no, W Gabb 31no) Basingstoke Hockey 94 (J Hollyhurst 2-33, T Stroud 3-6).
