BASINGSTOKE Bison's Jordan Lawday and the Great Britain's under-18 side begin their World Championship campaign this afternoon, with a match against top seeds Lithuania (3pm UK time).

The Lithuanians were relegated from Division 1B last year, 12 months after winning promotion against Martin Grubb's under-18s in Dumfries.

This is a tough start for the Brits and Lawday in Romania, which continues with a game against Croatia tomorrow (10.30am UK time).

After this on Thursday they face the Netherlands also at 10.30am and then Poland on Friday (2pm).

Great Britain finish with a match against the hosts Romania which starts at 5.30pm.
