Hook distance runner Charlotte Purdue
A LONG trip to Japan proved to be very much worthwhile for Charlotte Purdue, who finished second at the Sanyo Half Marathon in Okayama earlier this month.
The Hook athlete crossed the line in 72min 06sec to finish as runner-up in her second half marathon. She also finished eighth in the BUPA Great North Run back in September, stopping the clock at 71:43.
