THE BASINGSTOKE Gazette and Andover Advertiser have teamed up with the Thruxton Circuit to offer two pairs of tickets for the British Superbike Championship to watch the country’s finest two-wheeled warriors in full flow.

The championship speeds into Britain’s fastest circuit, Thruxton, from August 2 to 4 and is Thruxton’s busiest race meeting of the year, with a capacity field of beefed-up production bikes tackling the track’s legendary curves at speeds close to 200mph – mere inches apart.

Piloted by some of the world’s most talented riders including former MotoGP podium-finisher Scott Redding and local favourite Tommy Bridewell the spectacle of almost 30 Superbikes slipstreaming one another through the Hampshire circuit’s flat-out sweepers is always an awe-inspiring sight.

Indeed, more than anywhere else, Thruxton truly showcases the BSB heroes’ supreme skill, pinpoint precision and razor-sharp reactions.

In addition to the on-track thrills, the weekend offers the opportunity to grab selfies and autographs from the stars of the show, while a wealth of high-octane support series ensures there will be non-stop entertainment from the first lights-out to the final chequered flag.
