THE Basingstoke Buffalo were unable to stop National League South Two leaders the Slough Jets chalking up another victory as they lost 7-3 in Berkshire.
This was not surprising as the home side iced their former English Premier League import Zoran Kozic for more than 37 minutes in the game, while the juniors sat on the bench, and he scored four goals.
Greg Martyn, Alex Sampford and Ryan Sutton were on target for the Buffalo.
Defenceman Dave Collins was the visitors’ man-of-the-match.
The Buffalo are next in action when the Swindon Wildcats are the visitors a week on Sunday (face-off 6.30pm).
