A VOLUNTEER worker at St Michael’s Hospice in Brighton Hill has been honoured for her decade of service.
Tina White has worked at the charity shop for the past ten years, but has now moved on to pastures new.
The shop members celebrated her time at the shop by having party food and celebrations last Saturday, April 8, with Labour councillors coming to join in congratulating Tina.
Cllr Andrew McCormick, Cllr Pamela Lonie and Cllr Mark Taylor joined in the day to wish her well.
John Picard, a fellow volunteer, said: “She’s been absolutely fantastic, helping out all these years. Tina’s raised so much money for the charity.”
