TRACEY MILLS, 48, of Freemantle Close, Oakridge. Found guilty of possession of a quantity of cocaine on August 8, 2016. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £60 costs. 


DANIEL Gerrard Beecher, 26, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to stealing 11 DVDs from HMV to the value of £234.89 on May 24, 2016. Community order made. Also pleaded guilty to committing fraud by attempting to sell stolen DVDs from HMV to CEX for the financial gain of £119. Ordered to pay £85 compensation. 


JONATHAN Said Ahmed Hashmi, 35, of Cambrian Way, Kempshott. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of rum from Marks & Spencer to the value of £14. Fined £30 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. 


DAVID Faulkner Keable, 50, of May Place, Basingstoke. Pleaded guilty to stealing food and alcohol to the value of £25.80 from Dragon Palace in Winchester Street on August 28, 2016. Ordered to pay £25.80 in compensation and £40 costs. 


PATRICK Haughton, 39, of Quidhampton, Overton. Guilty verdict was passed in his absence for driving a Ford Transit without due care and attention and failing to give way at the end of a road and crossed into a crossroad junction colliding with a blue Skoda. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had seven points added to his driving licence.


ISABEL McCarthy, 19, of Eastrop Way, Eastrop. Guilty verdict passed in her absence for travelling on a train between Overton and Basingstoke without a valid ticket on April 9, 2016. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £4.80 in compensation. Also ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £150 costs. 


BEN Conway, 25, of Northbrook Crescent, Rooksdown. Found guilty of driving a vehicle without insurance on June 14, 2016. Fined £660 and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 


JADE Phillips, 26, of Bishopswood Road, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of cocaine on July 2, 2016. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Also pleaded guilty to being in possession of cannabis on the same date. No additional penalty added. 


WESLEY Charles Frederick Hunt, 38, of Lingfield Close, old Basing. Pleaded guilty to driving an Audi along Burgess Road on November 24, 2016, whilst under the influence of alcohol. Fined £1,153 and ordered to pay £110 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years and one month.


JESSE James Todd, 25, of Coates Close, Brighton Hill. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a breathalyser sample when instructed to on November 18, 2016. Community order made and fined £400. Also ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for a year and eight months.
