A LARGE sum of money has been stolen from a Basingstoke pub following a break-in last week.
This CCTV image shows the man police would like to talk to in connection with the burglary at the Popinjay pub, in Abbey Road, Popley.
The incident took place overnight between Tuesday, September 27, and Wednesday, September 28, when a large quantity of cash was taken from inside the building.
The pub had only reopened two weeks ago following a period of closure.
Police said that there were no obvious signs of forced entry.
