A PIZZA delivery man had £70 stolen from him when two men robbed him on Saturday night.
The 27-year-old was returning to his bike after delivering a pizza in Prescelly Road, Buckskin, when he was assaulted by the two men.
The attackers are both described as white, between 20 and 22-years-old, of a skinny build and with short hair.
One had his face covered with a jacket and the other was clean shaven.
PC Ross Edwards, from the Basingstoke targeted patrol team, said: “This was an unprovoked attack on a man going about his job. Did you see anything? Do you know who was responsible?
“The victim recalls two members of the public coming to his aid. If you are these people, please get in touch.”
Anyone with information should contact PC Edwards on 101 or call the Crimestoppers hotline on 0800 555 111.
