A MOTHER-of-two has been found guilty of stabbing her former husband as he slept.
Suzanne Shadwell, 41, of Van Dyck Close, Black Dam, attacked David Shadwell, 44, after breaking into his home in Pyotts Hill, Old Basing, on the night of November 21 last year.
The couple had been in a long-running dispute over the custody of their two children, who were in the house at the time of the attack.
Today, a jury found Shadwell guilty of wounding with intent, but cleared her of attempted murder.
She had previously admitted another charge of aggravated burglary.
The hearing was adjourned to the Royal Courts of Justice in September.
