PUPILS at a junior school in north Hampshire got an unexpected day off when the school's boiler broke down.
Staff at Greenfields Junior School, in Green Lane, Hartley Wintney, sent the 205 children at the school home this morning when they discovered a fault with the boiler, which meant the school had no central heating.
Pupils are expected to return to school tomorrow.
