BASINGSTOKE will be serenaded by legendary singer-songwriter Chris De Burgh during his monumental 50th anniversary UK tour on February 25, 2025.

Best known for timeless hits like The Lady In Red and Don’t Pay the Ferryman, De Burgh's tour celebrates five decades in the music industry.

Kicking off in Liverpool on February 21, 2025, the tour will cover seven dates in key locations within the UK.

Tickets for the 5OLO - The 50th Anniversary Tour, including the Basingstoke date, will be available from 9am on March 22, 2024.

Prices at Basingstoke's Anvil will range between £50 and £60, obtainable both from ticketline.co.uk and directly from the venue itself.

De Burgh’s long-lasting career boasts more than 45 million album sales worldwide and approximately 4,000 global concerts.

Alongside older well-loved hits such as High On Emotion, audiences can expect to hear new material from his forthcoming album 50, set for release later in 2025.

The stage time on The Anvil date is 7.30pm, allowing plenty of time to enjoy a night of emotional, evocative performance from this seasoned artist.

The last stop on the tour will be in Birmingham, at the Symphony Hall on March 3, 2025.

As well as his extensive musical accolades, De Burgh co-created Robin Hood – The Musical, a production that has become a smash hit and enjoyed performances in Fulda, Munich, and Hameln.

The show plans to expand to locations in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria later in 2025.
