A HARASSER from Basingstoke repeatedly called and messaged a woman over three days.

Liam Barnett, of Berwyn Close, Buckskin, harassed his victim between March 22 and March 25, last year, by phoning and messaging her.

The 25-year-old changed his plea to guilty to a charge of harassment without violence during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, March 13, this year.

Barnett was fined £140 and ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £56 victim surcharge.
