A complimentary workshop has been held in Basingstoke aimed at fostering a healthy and thriving community in Basing View.

The Grosvenor in Basingstoke held the free-to-attend event on Tuesday, February 27.

Arena marketing director, Helen Deverill said: “This event was great to bring the Basingstoke community and local businesses together to discuss such important topics.”

Ally Case from Travel Counsellors and Layla Gordon from Layla Gordon Nutrition were invited in to speak about wellbeing matters.

Layla spoke about the importance of avoiding ultra-processed foods and prioritising consuming foods that are good for your immune system. She also identified ways to improve your diet and prioritise sleep to make you more productive and energised throughout the day.
