KEVIN Dalton, 58, of Wootton St Lawrence. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, whilst under the influence of alcohol on November 17, 2017. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

LEE Anthony Kettigan, 30, of Spindle Close, Norn Hill. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle in Norn Hill whilst under the influence of alcohol on November 19, 2017. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year and five months.

ERIN Cola O’Brien, 22, of Pear Tree Way, Oakridge. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class A drug, namely MDMA, on October 27, 2017. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GEORGE William Bearne, 23, of Tadley Hill, Tadley. Pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle, namely a Vauxhall Corsa, while under the influence of drugs, namely cocaine, on May 17, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for two years.

JAMES Andrew Bowen, 25, of Wellington Terrace, Winklebury. Pleaded guilty to being in possession of a class B drug, namely cannabis, on November 21, 2017. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BENJAMIN Graham John, 44, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to resisting arrest on October 27, 2017. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

SONIA May Oldman, 28, Eastrop Way, Eastrop. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating on October 1, 2017. Community order made and fined £20 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £65 costs.

GILL Kressel, 28, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to interfering with a motor vehicle, namely a Mercedes, with the intention that an offence of theft of said motor vehicle would occur on December 7, 2017. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

DONNA Theresa Kemp, 33, of Longacre Rise, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to stealing three Armani gift sets from Boots to the value of £205 on December 4, 2017 and two perfume sets to the value of £100 on November 8, 2017. Also pleaded guilty to stealing washing up liquid, meat and laundry detergent from One Stop to the value of £130. Sentenced to 24 weeks in jail and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

WAYNE Andrew Lewis, 33, of no fixed abode. Pleaded guilty to resisting arrest on December 6, 2017. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge.

TRACEY Joanne Donnelly, 43, of no fixed abode. Admitted to breaching the conditions of a supervision order. Sentenced to 14 days in jail.

JONATHON Martin Marney, 29, of Mill Road, Rooksdown. Found guilty of assaulting another person on June 2, 2017. Community order made and ordered to pay £250 compensation and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge and £200 costs.
