BOGDAN Evelin-Constanda, 26, of Evesham Walk, Popley.Guilty verdict passed in his absence for failing to provide a driving licence whilst driving a motor vehicle in Winchester on April 24, 2017. Fined £660 and ordered to pay 366 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

DAVID Liam Westmoreland, 27, of Lillymill Chine, Chineham. Pleaded guilty to stealing two cameras and a camcorder to the value of £1,607.99 from John Lewis on September 10, 2016. Ordered to pay £1607.99.and £30 costs.

CHRISTOPHER John Kemp Smith, 24, of Bere Hill, Whitchurch. Pleaded guilty to driving a Yamaha motorcycle in Winchester Road, Whitchurch whilst under the influence of alcohol on July 27, 2017. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for one year.

PAUL Aron Gould, 39, of Heron Park, LychpitPleaded guilty to driving an unlicensed BMW in the A33 on November 2, 2016. Fined £275 and ordered to pay 395.84 in compensation and £85 costs.
