THE Gazette isare giving readers the chance to win a family ticket to one of the south coast’s premier music events.

Victorious Festival, a nominee for the Best Major Festival at the UK Festival Awards, is returning to Southsea SseaFfront next month and The Gazette has teamed up with the festival’s organisers to offer you the chance to win a family ticket for Saturday’s entertainment.

This year’s line-up includes an array of internationally acclaimed stars.

Welsh rock royalty Manic Street Preachers, Brit Award winning hitmaker Mark Ronson, rapper Wretch 32, indie-pop outfit The Coral and stadium rockers Editors are all set to perform on Saturday with The Boomtown Rats, The Horrors and Rat Boy also playing.

On Sunday, the entertainment is just as good. With former Oasis front-man Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds head-lining, the Mancunian singer will be joined by post-punk group Echo & the Bunnymen, hard-rockers Wolfmother and synth specialists Public Service Broadcasting. 

Victorious Festival isn’t just about the music. It’s a weekend of fun for all the family as children and adults can enjoy a circus as well as a new kids area. 

The festival has been running since 2012 and each years takes over the Southsea seafrontSeaFront for the August Bank Holiday weekend.
