VISITORS to a Basingstoke shopping centre will be able to have an MOT carried out on their cars following the introduction of a new service.
Festival Place shopping centre has launched an “MOT while you SHOP” service in partnership with VOSA-accredited Revolution Vehicles Limited which is based in Bell Road, in Daneshill.
The MOT costs £45 per car.
Richard Perryman, director at Revolution Vehicles Ltd, said: “We are all short of time these days so this unique convenience offering is likely to be very popular indeed with the people of Basingstoke.
“Think how useful it would be to have an extra hour and a half to yourself wile your car is receiving our professional attention.”
Festival Place centre director, Steven Connolly, added: “We’re always striving to improve our customers’ experience at Festival Place and are proud to be able to offer Basingstoke shoppers a service that they cannot receive elsewhere.”
