SHOPPERS will be able to get in the summer spirit with a special weekend of entertainment.
As part of Festival Place’s Summer Festival, a special Beach Club will be set up in Festival Square this weekend.
Activities throughout the weekend, between 2pm and 8pm, will include performances by regular dancers on hit ITV show, The X Factor, and music provided by DJ Dean Carr who has recently performed at Glastonbury Festival.
Youngsters will also be able to able to soak up the atmosphere with a sand pit on hand to keep them entertained.
Marketing and business performance manager at Festival Place, Sarah Murphy, said: “Whether you can’t get away for a holiday this year or perhaps just want to get into the holiday spirit, our Festival Place Beach Club is going to be the place to come to get that holiday vibe.”
