A LOCAL garden will be open to the public to raise funds for charity.

The owners of Down Farm House, which is a garden converted from an old farmyard in Hurstbourne Priors, will be opening their doors between 2pm and 5.30pm on Sunday, June 14 and Wednesday, June 17.

The open day is part of the National Gardens Scheme which raises money for a number of good causes including Marie Curie Cancer Care, Parkinson’s UK and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Visitors to the garden in Hurstbourne Priors will be able to buy a variety of plants at the open day.
