PANTO time: Thanks are once more due to all who were involved in the panto – all helpers backstage and front of house and our lovely audience, without any of whom there would be no show.
Saturday’s performances were both sold out and there was standing room only on Friday, so I’m looking forward to being able to report back on the funds raised towards the running of the village hall.
ST LEONARD’S: St Leonards will welcome the new Bishop of Basingstoke to its festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at the church tomorrow, from 7.30pm, when the school choir will sing.
FESTIVE greetings: Merry Christmas to you all – see you over a glass of mulled wine at someone’s house, some time soon!
