Firework display to take place in Overton
THE annual firework display and bonfire in aid of Overton School Association will take place on Saturday.
The event is a major fundraiser for the primary school. Gates open at 5pm before the fireworks start at 6pm.
There will also be a barbecue, bar, hot drinks, sparklers, glowsticks and sweets for sale.
Tickets are £5 for adults and £2 for children, or £1 in advance, and can be bought from The Purple Olive, in Overton.
