Liberal Democrat councillor Keith Watts retains Whitchurch seat with 1,033 votes.
Conservative Terri Reid retains Hatch Warren and Beggarwood seat with 1,179 votes.
Independent councillor Ian Tilbury retains his Overton, Laverstoke and Steventon seat with 1,070 votes.
Conservative Stuart Frost has won the Oakley and North Waltham seat with 1,301 votes.
Conservative Graham Falconer has won the Burghclere, Highclere and St Mary Bourne seat with 1,272 votes.
Conservative Robert Tate has won the Baughurst and Tadley North seat with 728 votes.
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council leader Clive Sanders has retained his seat in East Woodhay with 674 seats.
Basingstoke Liberal Democrats leader Gavin James has retained his seat in Eastrop with 628 votes.
Labour's Mark Taylor has won the Brighton Hill North seat with 435 votes.
Labour's Sean Keating retains South Ham seat with 1,017 votes.
Winner of the Basing ward, Onnalee Cubitt says she is ecstatic at retaining her seat, adding: "I am extremely happy.
"My residents are the only thing that matters to me. My plan is to keep fighting for the residents and this is vindication that people are prepared to acknowledge that someone is willing to represent their residents above the national narrative."
Conservative councillor Hayley Eachus retains her Kempshott ward with 1,302 votes.
Independent councillor Onnalee Cubitt retains Basing seat with 1,368 votes.
Labour's Michael Westbrook has won the Brookvale and Kings Furlong seat which was occupied by Liberal Democrat councillor John Shaw.
Mr Westbrook received 593 votes.
Conservative Paul Miller retains his seat for the ward of Chineham with 928 votes.
Labour's Laura James retains the Norden ward with 1,148 votes.
Labour's Pamela Lonie and suspended UKIP candidate, Matt Ellery have won the seats in Brighton Hill South.
As reported by the Gazette, Mr Ellery posted comments on Facebook calling Basingstoke women "pug ugly".
Basingstoke UKIP party leader Alan Stone told the Gazette that he will be talking to the 22-year old tomorrow.
Labour's Nigel Pierce wins the hotly contested Buckskin seat by just 50 votes.
Labour's David Potter who has retained the Popley East ward.
Liberal Democrat Stephen Day is declared as the winner of the Grove ward with 771 votes.
Labour's David Potter is declared as the winner of the Popley East seat with 635 votes.
The result of the Grove ward count is expected shortly.
Current Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council leader Clive Sanders thinks that every party is going to be disappointed at tonight's election count.
He told The Gazette: "I think it is going to be an election where everybody is going to be unhappy. We will feel unhappy because we will lose some seats, the Lib Dems will because they will lose quite a lot of seats and Labour will feel unhappy because they won't have won the seats they wanted to."
Leader of the Basingstoke Liberal Democrats group, Gavin James has told The Gazette that he cannot call the count tonight, adding: "I am feeling very relaxed on the basis there is nothing we can do."

Counting is well underway at the count for Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council elections.
Twenty two seats are up for election on Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council - nine Conservative seats, two Independent seats and four Labour seats.
By-elections have also taken place today in Brighton Hill South and Tadley North following the recent resignations of Labour's David Eyre and Tory Graham Round.
Basingstoke UKIP leader Alan Stone is feeling optimistic that the party will gain more seats on Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, telling The Gazette: "I have noticed more people have voted this time.
"Door knocking has been great, we have had a great response from most people. But, I still have no idea about the results."
Before ballot boxes for the election to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council can be counted, votes for the European Parliament election have to be verified.
First ballot box to be tipped is from Chineham.
Candidates from all 21 wards being contested are starting to arrive at Queen Mary's College.
