A TADLEY man received a police caution for trespassing on the railway tracks at Basingstoke.

Officers from the British Transport Police and Hampshire Constabulary were called to Basingstoke railway station at around 1am on Sunday after receiving reports of a man walking on the tracks.

The 29-year-old man was arrested and received a caution for trespass.
