A DETAILED plan to build up to 89 homes in Odiham is recommended for approval.
The planning (major sites) sub-committee at Hart District Council met yesterday to discuss the plans for Hatchwood Farm.
Charles Church Homes Southern has submitted a detailed plan of the estate after outline permission was granted last year by the district council.
Planning officers have recommended the plan for approval, but the full council will have the final say.
