PUPILS at a Basingstoke school have been getting an insight into product design.
Fourteen Year 10 pupils from Brighton Hill School visited Peter Symonds College in Winchester, where they worked with sixth formers to find out about the subject at A Level.
The pupils also worked with the students to gain suggestions for their own portfolios, designs, modifications and testing methods.
Joe Johnstone, product design teacher and head of faculty at Brighton Hill, said: “It was fantastic to see all of our students so engaged.”
Mel Johnstone, product design teacher at Peter Symonds, added: “Both groups of students have gained a great deal from this encounter.”
