OFFICERS investigating a burglary in Winklebury have released pictures of some of the items of jewellery stolen.
As reported in The Gazette, the thieves broke into the house in Elmwood Way, Winklebury, on Tuesday, December 17, and stole £8,000 worth of jewellery and electrical items.
The items included solid gold bangles, religious gold medallions, a titanium wedding ring with white gold inlay and a white gold chain with a white gold cross and diamond.
PC Thomas Prutz said: “I would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during this incident and would also ask anyone who has been offered jewellery for sale, or who recognises the photographed items, to contact me.”
