A MAN from Hartley Wintney has been fined £200 for failing to hand over a train ticket to an inspector.
George Fuller, 27, of Weir Road, committed the offence at Basingstoke railway station on September 28.
The offence was proved in his absence at a hearing at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court. Fuller was also ordered to pay £3.90 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £140 costs.
