A KINGSCLERE man has been fined for possession of a drug commonly known as ‘Meow Meow’.
Ian Briscall, of Longcroft Road, was arrested in Basingstoke on September 30 after he was found with a bag of mephedrone, a Class B drug.
The 23-year-old appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Friday, December 12, where he pleaded guilty to a single charge of possession.
He was ordered to pay a £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £20 in court costs.
