Contributors needed for WWI exhibition
AN OVERTON councillor is looking for people to contribute to an exhibition to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the First World War.
Councillor Peter Baker is planning to display items and stories at his shop, Overton Fireplaces, next year.
He is looking for information about those from the village who served in the war, or who were killed, and what it was like living in Overton between 1914 and 1918.
Anyone with information can drop into Overton Fireplaces, in High Street or email pbaker@overtonfireplaces.fsnet.co.uk.
