A STORE manager in Hook has had his licence to sell alcohol suspended after failing a sting operation by Trading Standards.
Keyur Patel, the premises licence holder at Premier Stores, in Hook, failed the test purchase operation when a 16-year-old girl was able to buy four cans of lager.
A licensing committee at Hart District Council suspended his licence for a week, told him to improve his CCTV system and ordered a “Challenge 25” policy be implemented.
