AN OAKLEY man has been fined for driving in Basingstoke with inadequate insurance.
Christopher Shaun Mills, 27, of Glamis Close, drove a Ford Mondeo vehicle on Western Way with inadequate insurance on December 11 last year.
In his absence, Basingstoke magistrates fined him £600 with £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Mills’ licence was endorsed with six points.
