A 17-YEAR-OLD, from Upton Grey, drove into a garden fence at Harestock in Hampshire and failed to stop or to give name and details.
The licence of the young person, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was endorsed with five points. Basingstoke magistrates also ordered that £54 in compensation should be paid.
