BANKNOTE printer De La Rue has applied to extend the car park at its Basingstoke headquarters.
The firm has applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council planners to build 40 more car spaces at De La Rue House, in Jays Close, Viables.
Facilities manager Diana Ramsden said the current car park is “oversubscribed” by as many as 30 vehicles, forcing employees to park along Jays Close.
Council planners will decide whether to approve the decision by August 22.
