PAVILIONS which have become a magnet for anti-social behaviour have still not been removed.
Rooksdown residents heard at the parish council’s Annual Parish meeting on April 22 that developer Taylor Wimpey has still not submitted a planning application to remove the shelters – despite promising last September that they would do so.
The wooden structures were original features of the former hospital, used by patients to sit outside.
